[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
In the last century, one of the most well known customs and habits of K'hor people (central highland of Vietnam) was ears stretched. That kind of adornment took many years to stretch their ears as long as possible. In special occasion as traditional festival, K'hor women would bear the ivory (or silver) rings by their stretched ears.
Today, there were only a few left and all over 90 years old...

great portrait photo,very nice use of light..her posture looks very confident maybe the result of years..
i read that this custom is a sign of respect and attention received from men,and also in some small clans of Africa,women do the same stretching with their mouths..it is incredible..
so women are women everywhere :)
