I haven't seen the first verion but this shot is certainly among the best of your gallery. A very strong composition, good use of perspective and tight crop. Wow ! You have to bring us more like that !

A very effective B&W shot of these cycling commuters. The clarity is remarkable and I like the wet pavement and the natural expressions of everyone. The umbrellas balance and enhance. Very fine work, Huy. This is a keeper.

Hi Huy,
I like this black and white view of the vietnamian daily life.
The point of view is very well chosen and the composition is very interesting, with the diagonal going to the right.
But I think that too many faces are in the shadows and these parts would benefit, in my opinion, of an increase of the luminosity. In the workshop section, I used a contrast mask to open up the shadows, tell me what you think about this.
What surprises me is the fact that they use their bike while having a hand on their umbrella !

this is a marvellous image Huy.. I simply love the way you composed it.
this big file is amazing, a sntiment of peace emanes from this image, all seems so quiet. The young girls going back home slowly in the heavy rain.

This is a very nice one in black and white, well framed for the numerous people staying and walking the right side of the road. A very good rainy composition, more a tropical rainy shot.

Hi Huy, Thank you for re-posting this picture. I do like this cropping better to focus on the endless of student flow occupying the entire street. You have done a reasonable good job to remove the electrical lines in the sky, which provide a better feeling of the rainy sky. For some reason, all students in the front are girls. I can only conclude that either of girls escaping from school faster or it is a girls only school :D

Hi Huy - I like this compositionally but I do find the faces to the left a little 'muddy' in the shadow - I'd be tempted to lighten the four main faces slightly and increase the contrast on them - the one under the umbrella would be Ok to leave. I think this would just bring the image forward a touch more - it's great to see all this action/movement in the rain.

If possible I would give a litlle more contrast to be able to see the separation between the legs. Nice photo
