I spent a week traveling through the central highlands - just me, my guide, and his motorcycle.
We stopped to visit a local blacksmith. He was putting in 12 hour days as it was the harvest season and folks from all around were bringing him their tools to sharpen and fix. He could adjust the handles of scythes based on the user's swing and his kids would help keep the fires going by spinning a bike wheel attached to the bellows. |
