Shahrisabz was the birthplace of Timur (Tamerlan) on April 9, 1336, conqueror of much of western and Central Asia, and founder of the Timurid Empire and Timurid dynasty (1370–1405) in Central Asia, which survived until 1857.

Hi Agnieszka,
nice capture of this old woman selling nuts, cigarettes and mushrooms. I would suggest a closer crop with the woman not centred. I have made a workshop to show what I mean. And by the way Shahrisabz is not in the Namangan Viloyati which is in the Fergana Valley, but it is in Qashqadaryo Viloyati (Province).
