Photographer’s Note
South of Shakrisabz we left the main road (M39) and we forwarded among low mountains.
We crossed small villages that live of agriculture and sheep rearing.
Wild flowers garland the hills. Rain come and goes and the sky impends grey.
The mausoleum of Katta Langar is found in dominant position on a hill to whose base among uncultivated wild plants, a cemetery rises.
Leaving the place I meet this man with whom I exchange gestures and smiles. An encounter out of the time.
And the rains starts again...

An interesting angle here.
The man and the tilted building in the back completely go together as they are at exactly the same angle and from there on one could say the whole set in tilted, but then! Ha! The donkey is completely straight and gives the eye a completely different sense of what is straight and what not. Very interesting composition and angle.
The colors are simply wonderful as is the detail of the man's clothes.
But I do have to admit that I miss the donkey's bottom bits. A slight tilt to towards the bottom would have done this a world of good :D
A very interesting picture!
It makes me want to see more of the surrounding! :D
Thanks for sharing!

Hi Luca,
What attracted me was the mans typicall clothes and the fact that he seems so big to this little donkey! For me is also something of exotic, from a place I don't know much even from photography. The composition miss something, but waht the hell... I like it anyway.
Regards,
Flavia
