Photographer’s Note
Reflection of the Tashkent's Jamiy Mosque (Jome Masjidi) in one of the inner courtyard windows. Mosque is part of the Khazrat Imam complex along with, for example, Uzbekistan’s Office of Spiritual Administration of Muslims with over 30 thousand religious and secular books. Complex is situated on the square that bears the same name and for which the scientists believe that early in the Middle Ages was the town’s centre, which was then called Shash.
