I like your idea to make a series on the people at work.
In this photograph I like much the position of the four sea fishermen out of four levels.
The man at work is also happy when work finishes

Hi Richard,
Very nice moment of daily life be the sea. Old fishing boat looks interesting with those colours. And vertical zig zag composition of the people is excellent. Wide smile is good too, they don't seem to mind getting wet.

Typical 'Ode to the joy of life' stuff and you Richard, you captured it just about as charmingly as the scene itself.
Love the juxtaposition in there...
It looks as if skilfully arranged...
