Interesting shot Nawath;
Your choice of B&W puts emphasis on the patterns and shading which works well here as I don't imagine the color version would have been any better.
I think a slightly slower shutter speed may have provided some interesting motion blur for the birds taking off- but that's just a small suggestion for an already good shot.
