Hello!
That's really a well-timed capture of a decisive moment. The different expressions on these faces are great. I like the framing a lot, the cropped head of the policeman; a good depth of field. Really good!

The happening is at 7 o'clock behind you, one would think. :-)
You got their facial expressions which are quite interesting, probably more then the happening itself.

Great study in human character, with all of the different faces and the different expressions - surprised, curious, cautious, resigned - it makes for a good combination. Having everyone look outside the frame is good too, making us also wonder what they are looking at. Great work!

From the look on their faces, I would bet they're looking at a Chuck Norris or Steven Seagal action fight, played on a gigantic plasma screen. the cop on the right hand side seems the most involved into the action.. maybe Chuck Norris was wearing a police uniform too.
Not a flabbergasting shot, but a funny one...

Hello, Maciej--
This is a really interesting crowd sample--it seems that you have captured a little bit of everything, from the lady in white who is looking with apparently detached indifference to the man behind her who is craning his neck to see what is going on. Your foreground bokeh work serves to frame the picture well, locking it in between the security guards just as the event must have been locked in by them. The difference in their expressions is very interesting as well, from apathetically looking away by the guard on the left to the apparent shock of the guard on the right.
Thanks!

What a wonderfully caught moment of excitement! The expressions on the faces are wonderful. I am surprised to see so many Thais there. I only ever see foreign backpackers in that street. I see it was taken in August last year. The only thing I can think of, was when the very popular Abbot of Wat Dhammakhaya, was taken into Kao san Police Stationing for questioning about his ownership of land. I remember the police keeping crowds of his startled and dismayed supporters away. Just a guess! But anyway, mystery pictures are more fun and this one is fun > Regards Kevin

Hello Maciej
Bravo for the startled faces, they all seem to have been zapped by aliens or something, however it is lacking a certain somethign which your pictures ususally have, like Rafal says, its humorous. However It is missing a focal point

Maciej, great look on everybodys faces here. You can keep looking at them and they all appear to have a different look of surprise to horror on their faces. Very good.
Bes regards,
Mark
