Photographer’s Note

Hua Lam Pong Railway Station ... I like this melting point. Can stay there for hours watching travelling people going in different directions. Most I like the travelling monks of all ages in their orange, safran or red robes.

I wish I could stay for longer in this interesting city.

A wonderful daily life shot with good sharpness & color. I like the contrast between the old & the new. (Buddhist monks vs the modern ticket office). Good work!

I enjoy very much also to see these different people in the station.
very well composed and I like also there is big photo upthere in BW, contrast with writing on the info billboard and these orange safran monks

Hi Nino,
A clear crisp shot of this busy station. Again you have captured the colour, dynamics, and incongruitiy of the monks in such a modern setting. There is something syncretic in the way the monks always maintain their dignity though, and yet they also retain individualistic traits. Your framing and cropping maximize impact and create a solid focus. Well done.

I like this "traidtionnel" monks in this "modern" architecture too. Could stary there for hours too.
