Photographer’s Note

I really like this shot a lot.
From Wikipedia:
Ayutthaya (full name Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, Thai พระนครศรีอยุธยา; also spelled "Ayudhya") city is the capital of Ayutthaya province in Thailand. The city was founded in 1350 by King U-Thong and became capital of his kingdom, often referred as the Ayutthaya kingdom or Siam. Ayutthaya was named after the city of Ayodhya in India, the birthplace of Rama in the Ramayana (Thai, Ramakien). In 1767 the city was destroyed by the Burmese army, and the ruins of the old city now form the Ayutthaya historical park, which is recognized internationally as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The city was refounded a few kilometers to the east.
Ruins of Ayutthaya, ThailandThe city is located at the junction of the Chao Phraya, Lopburi and Pa Sak rivers, and on the main north-south railway linking Chiang Mai to Bangkok. The old city is on an island formed by a bend of the Chao Phraya on the west and south sides, the Pa Sak on the east side and, on the northern side, the Klong

Hola Sonia,

Enhorabuena,

Wow! great POV.It looks very spiritual. The amount of light is perfect. Perhaps, there is some little imperfection in the sky that could have been corrected.
Cheers!

Hi Sonia,
you PoV in this photo is powerful! Really really well done. Then you got a particoular soft light that exempt a sort of peaceful atmosphere. Buddhist countries are serene. Your photo is from there.

Hola Sonia,
The color balance of this image is a bit strange, leaning to the blue, but finally it works quite well I think combined to this structure rising towards the sun to give the photo an atmosphere... nearly divine !
Have a nice day,

Hi Sonia,
wow, cool. Very dramatic. The POV exaggerates the height of this yower while the blue color of the photo is like something out of a sci-fi film. Overall effect is really pleasing.

Ohhh...
Menudo azul y vaya foto.

Wow, this looks like something out of science fiction, Sonia - a remarkable sky and such unusual colours in this fading light. Your POV and excellent framing makes this a very dramatic composition. Maybe I would have cloned those couple of birds out of the sky (top left) because they could be mistaken for dust spots. Cheers . . . David

Hello Sonia,
Having been at Ayutthaya recently I also like and appreciate it even better. What I also like is the fact that there is only a slight portion of yellow amidts the deep blue all around. I am also surprised that you seem to be among the few who continue
with film.
Many thanks Sonia.
PS I am in Geneva at the moment, opening an exhibition of pictures of Turkey at the UN.
