Photographer’s Note
Not sure if this is worthy of posting here.? If no one likes it I will delete it.
Photo is of a bill-board framework which appears to intersect with a power grid. It was taken through a car window traveling at speed on an expressway.
These billboards are springing up all over Bangkok,as are the power grids!.
The ads are wonderful eye catchers, enormous in size and fully illuminated. However recently due to energy crisis and price of oil the prime minister has ordered that these boards be switched off around 8pm to save energy. Another measure that was introduced a few weeks ago was to close petrol stations at 10pm, except for those servicing highways.
Yet another enery saving measure was for government ministers and prime minister to wear casual clothes to work instead of suits!
Yet another measure was to get every business building had to switch off their lights for 5 minutes every evening. Some amazing ideas here for saving energy.

You are posting photos for sharing not for getting points. So do not hurry with deleting this one. It is even interesting. Fine geometrical forms, proper tittle. Not bad.

A dark but very nice photo. The angle and the composition is good. I like the note. Well explained. Thanks for sharing.
