Khao San Road Photo

Photographer’s Note

Khao San Road is a very famous street in Bangkok ... many Hippies, tatoos, cheap hotels ... when I ask Thais in Bangkok for the way they didn't want me to go there. They said it is a place for "drugs and criminals". But I think it is a worthy place to look for and to spend about 2 hours there. When I go the next time I want to see it by night.

Hi Nino,

thats very interesting. It doesnt seem to have changed since the time I was there about 3 years ago. I miss Bangkok, it has such great vibrancy and wonderful energy. We can see the ggreat colorful nature of Bangkok in this photo.

The "asian daily life" is quite interesting. Good real moments captured, in a very good way, especially for this one : dof and pov are cool.

Very famous place . I have been here many time. This place is typical and a nice melting pot.

Khao San Road how I missed the name, Wow this has been so long ago, I remember the first time I was there its really the best place to go when starting a backpack trip
I’ve never seen this on TE and this is one of the pictures that if you’ve been there you know it immediately.

A worthy capture of this part of Bangkok. I like your POV. The texture of the street enhances, and the umbrella to the left helps balance. This daily life view is casual and pleasing with very natural colours. Good shot. John
