[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
To chinese, red is a auspicious colour, it simply means prosperous or good luck!

In traditional chinese wedding, bride and bridegroom are wearing trandition costume in red.
Traditional lantern, fire cracker are red in

During Chinese New Year, chinese sending their regards by red packet(with $ inside) as gift.

Chinese also uses decoration material as picture shown to beautify their home, to create a festive atmosphere.

Note: This is a stall in Chatuchak Weekend Market. Without tripod and to avoid using flash light, a large aperture size of 3.2 is used. Fortunately, the DOF is acceptable and shutter speed of 1/50 doesn't make the picture blur.

Nice shot without a tripod. All shades of red are beautiful. Beads on the left make a good frame. Thanks for the note.

Nicely rendered capture in difficult light. Catches the mood of these places well, though it'd have been nice to see the salesperson in the shot.

great fantastic wonderful pretty beautyful :) what can I say more:) I love this red color:) I love light:) and all this picture:) thx

Very warm and incandescently red. Atmospherically chinese and the close quarter of the hangings just make it very claustrophobic. Just the kind of idea, one need to project what one feel when inside such a stall Jiekuan.

Hi JJ, I really like the color tone of this image. Lights really played a lot with glasses and crystals on this image. Good composition. Interesting notes too. thanks a lot for sharing.

Beautiful colours and lighting you've captured here, JJ. The only thing I find distracting here is the fan and the junk underneath, but this is only my opinion. Cheers!

Really great subject. Not easy to get the light right, well done.

Andy.
