Photos

This photo was taken in one of the tiny islands in the south of Thailand. This area is rather poor, local economy depends mainly on fishing and, to small extent, on tourism. Furthermore, it is a place that was totally destroyed by tsunami just a few years ago. Nevertheless, the locals don't seem to be unhappy. Quite the opposite, I hardly ever see such a joyful group of people with a strong community spirit.
Those kids were enjoying themselves, playing and having fun on the beach, like kids do in any place in the world.
At the time of taking the picture I wasn't thinking about all three boys wearing yellow t-shirts. It was a nice surprise to later look at the photo and be pleased with the result.
