Photographer’s Note
Banrak is a inner city district of Bangkok where lovebirds like to get married on Valentine's day. There is a good reason because Bang Rak means in Thai village of love. In this busy neighborhood there are also a number of sweatshops like this tailor in a covered market next to the busy main road Charoen Krung. Working condition are not really good, it's cramped and no fresh air, but for many women it's a way to earn money honestly.

Hi Urs,
an interesting reportage from the sweatshop. True life. Pity that image is a bit unsharp. Good reportage.

For Australia standards those are appalling working conditions. Unfortunately, they are very common in SE Asia. It is a nice documentary shot. Well done.
