Wow! I clicked on this because I saw the beautiful colours, and only when I saw the larger version did I see the boat and the man in the water. Usually I don't like to see the human presence in nature photos, but when I saw the man in the bay it really gave me a sense of what it might be like to be there, and instantly changed my thinking about the photo. Superb!

I like to look at the man and the boat,which gives an idea of the dimension of the beach,you must have been at a good distance unless you use a wide-angle

Hi Chris, The beautiful scene looks like a paradise. I like the beautiful colors you have in this picture. The shallow water with rocks makes a very nice contrast. The small green hill is well placed in this picture. The small boat and the person in the middle well decorated the paradise feeling of this place.

Hi Chris - another stunningly beautiful bay, the granite rocks and the clarity of the sea steal the show, but the man seeming to walk on water is a brillliant addition, ahh, less than 2 weeks before I get to Magnetic Island, I'm glad to read it's as beautiful as this Thai bay.

1990! I am so afraid this bay is not quite as magnificent as the day you shot it. The presence of the boat and the man do add a lot to show the scale and grandeur of this landscape. No wonder one hears paradise and Thailand affixed together.

PS: I remember being in Koh samui, between Chaweng and lamai, and only one bungalow occupied during my stay...Mine! A long time ago....

With winter approaching fast - it's cold in Switzerland today, this shot warms me up. I really like the details of the transparent water and the position of the boat and man which are pretty amazing. Nice clouds too.
