OK, I know, again, it's not a great shot, but I think there's so much of TE interest in this to make it worth a post. I've commented before on the extraordinary speed with which Phuket as been, and is being, rebuilt. Maybe the casual approach to health and safety mught help speed things up, and they all seem so happy.

oh, come on, and richard is still building :-)))
interesting shot, richard, of a daily life; one would rather expect nice beaches or the ikages of poverty or something extreme, and you picture is just beautiful because it is an ordinary life, somewhere down there in the far east...

You have caught the action very well, Richard and constructed a very interesting picture from you scene. How did you find the south? Did you enjoy it?

But,you well worked to took it and posted it here,why not,Richard,this is a nice daily life shot,You show the poeple at work here with simple way and instruments,I like that all are in smiling,...and a two man on the moto are passing there in the street,...thie is another part of a life in this part of the world,
well captured and very well composed,....

(to look at your shots in a day was appealing,this is a good way:) )

I find this picture a great reality, indeed the safety for the workers not effective, but suchlike pictures its excellent for TE.
