[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I took this image while traveling the road in southern Thailand. I posted this image last night, but took it down because I was not satisfied with the grain, and the colors after resizing it for the web. I don't know if it's any better, but I will keep it here on TrekEarth so that others may see the many different views one can find in other parts of the world.

The image was taken with a Canon EOS 10s 35mm camera, an EF 75-300mm zoom lens, and one of the many variants of Fuji 100 film that is found in SE Asia, I don't remember exactly which one.

I like the scene, the monkeys sitting guard on the back of the truck. Scans can be tricky but yu still get plenty across - and there's nt too much from Southern Thailand these days (bit of a war zone to be quite frank... schoolteachers arming themselves against random sectarian murder...)
Col pic, Thanks for uploading,
Francis

Hi Sam
Street scenes are always fascinating, no matter where in the world! The tell so much about life in the place, the streets carry the life blood of a place wherever it is...
This one looks like Drive & Snap, but most likely you're a passenger!
Low sun gives pleasant lighting, nice POV!
Greetings,
Pablo -

Oppps... be right back! OK-

Hi there Sam!
I think you should keep it posted. I don't think it's bad and it's so original.Do you know what they are going to do with these monkeys?
Regards, Anabela

hallo sam,
a very interesting shot to share the diferent seeing to another world.
so,i think, this benefit thing is more than the worrying about that grain.
the working monkeys worked well for your posting this picture...!
