At the fishing port of Bo Muang the ships unload their catch. The fish gets sorted, put on ice and is brought away in trucks

This is a photo really unusual from Thailand and certainly worth seeing as most of the foreigners who visit that country won't bother to see such a place - a pity though, I imagine that everything was fascinating to observe there !
Personally I did not feel so attracted by the colours at first sight but now I start loving them as well and this division in the frame + the fact that we can still guess what's going on behind the dirty glass makes it a very interesting photo and a *success* IMO, even if no one sofar cared to write something about it ; another photo in your gallery that deserves much more, I feel sometimes baffled by the tastes of the people around here (but well... I'm not an expert !)
Anyway, this is to tell you that I like it a lot - it's surprising and unusual, not only the place but also the presentation.
Admiring...
Best regards,
Cath.
(NB : I would have tried to lighten up a bit the faces though, but maybe like this it remains more atmospherical ?)

Hi Steve,
I can only strongly support Cath's critique...and comment...sometimes I don't get it:-) but of course I am not an expert either...
Very interesting place, that door with fish makes for a nice graphical view and transparence in contrast to the more dense working space. there I love the dense colors, the shining silvery fish. Beautiful light and if you could get just a tiny wee bit of more of it on the faces, but without loosing the density...Very good work indeed!
Best-
Michèle
