Photographer’s Note
Sukhothai was the first capital of the Thai kingdom. The Sukhothai period (around 13th to 16th century) is reffered to as the golden age of the kingdom.
There are a couple of temples in the Sukhothai historical park, the biggest of them being Wat
Mahathat. It covers a large area and offers some great sights.

Michal,
This image is beautiful, not only because of the beautiful place but compositionally you have it just right, with the main Budhha of to the left that grab our attention and bring us into the further background of the main temple and yet there are lot more for us to discover, the texture and details of the brick struction is very good. A well worth image and deserved more attention.
