Bonjour Francois,
First of all: there's nothing Thai about this dish, it's standard universal Chinese fare. That doesn't mean it's not yummy, of course.
Food pictures can be tricky, because they have to look realistic ànd tasty - this one succeeds, in my opinion.
Greetings from a food traveller and Asia-fan (the contintent, not that mediocre rock band!).
