Photographer’s Note
For a change, a piece of exotic architecture. Wat (temple) somewhere near Chiang Mai, for me the most interesting town in Thailand.
It is archive photo so the quality could be better.
Hehe, in that time for five weeks three countries less than 1 GB of memory on cards was enough. Now I use it in less than one day....

Ciao Malgo,
hai ragione, è incredibile i passi da gigante della tecnologia in questi anni.
Ma malgrado questo la foto è di ottima fattura, i dettagli sono buoni ed i colri splendidi. Bel post thailandese!
Un caro abbraccio

Hi Malgorzata,
You have certainly been to many countries... This is a very interesting picture where the red and golden colours dominate. The long, sweeping diagonal through the composition is very attractive. In most picture I believe the addition of some people always add some value, however, here I think that the partly figures in the lower corner might as well have been cloned out. But I understand that you were more careful with memory space in those days...
Kind regards
Gunnar

Hello Malgorzata,
The architecture is certainly splendid in Thailands, as all over South East Asia. You found a good POV, putting the golden umbrella (?) in focus. The man bowing before the altar, holding the red flower, is relevant to the composition but a bit oddly cut off.

Gert

Maggie,
It's a nice change, Very nice shot of the very shiny golden temple of Thailand. I wish you could have got more of the boy praying in the frame that would add more to the composition. Overall very nice with good colors and nice details. Thanks.

Hello Malgorzara,
A very creataive and very efficience framing for show this element of architectur thai. The beautiful red and dored colors arise very well under this beautiful blue sky. The peoles give an intersting element of life.

Hello Malgorzata
You're right about the memory part! Memories are precious, GBs are not! Good diagonal frame of the Wat, quite typical of Thai design. The man on the right bowing with flower in hand is a good addition, but would have wished more rather than only his head :-). Otherwise well done!

Hello Malgorzata,
well well, Thai architecture is Thai architecture! And when you are in Thailand you may have the feeling of getting lost, dissolved in it - and in its brightness and colours!
I like this capture! very well composed photo. Someone's head on the right is a tiny bit disturbing, but on the whole it's very beautiful and nice :)
Oh... concerning 1 Gb of memory... Yes! Now 10 Gb a day may seem very little - depends on what we take photos of ;)
Wishing you a nice week!
best regards,
Elena

Hi Malgorzata!
A very nice shot of this temple and I like the composition with the golden umbrella and the man`s head at the right side.
About GB you are absolutely right.
At my first visit at Cape Verde my digital camera was new and I had cards for 4 GB and after one week I Viewed the taken images every evening and deleted the unsharp ones.
Since two years I travel with 12 GB and a little harddrive with 80 GB and cardreader
The first 2 GB card did cost 79.99 Euro, the same price for the 80 GB harddrive now.......
Regards,leo
