Photo taken in the plantations of tea, not far from Mae Salong, delightful village located north of Thailand, nestled between Burma and Laos.
Mae Salong was once the centre of the opium traffic. In place of the Green gold are cultivated the poppy.The culture of tea and corn is omnipresent.
Mae Salong there is small shops and factories of the where it will offer you to taste several varieties of teas. It is one of the destinations in full swing in the North of the Thailand. Beautiful mountain setting, impressive tea plantation, ethnic villages... Mae Salong is a really special city

Bonjour Pascal ,
Ces plantations de thé ont des allures de jardins d'agrément soigneusement entretenus . Mais je suppose que le travail y est difficile .
Belle composition avec cet arbre penché , les courbes élégantes , et ce vert pétant .

Hi Pascal
I like this composition and yet powerful as it is, and I love to see when the elements conspire to change the landscape as depicted here. That's beautiful tree is amazing but I also do like the diffuse foggy mountain the distance. It's the curvy green textures in the foreground catching the attention as main interest of this peaceful looking valley. I love the whole feeling and mood of the scenic picture. It's beautifully done, Congrats
