Photographer’s Note
Just north of Chiang Rai, Thailand is an area of green jungles and mountain villages popular with tourists and trekkers. I came across this serene waterfall about 20km outside of Chiang Rai.
I used a 1/6th shutter speed to get the blurred effect on the water.

Hi Todd,
nice picture, I like the blurred effect and your POV, good job. I took some waterfall images in India, but I didnt really know about the shutter speed and how you could make the water soft, so it looks like ice in mine..hah. They are this and this.
