Photographer's Note
Yes another boat pic! Taken this morning at 7 am in the fishing village of Bang Saray. For me, not all fishing boats are created equal, and looking with a photographer's eye, I like the colorful and relatively well-kept ones. There are some run-down and shabby looking boats as well, that need new paint etc. But this one is......well, very RED! The man at the prow is getting ready to throw the rope to someone on the dock, and of course, he is trying not to hit the crazy photographer! For a larger view: Click Me

Hello Steve
a wonderfully expressive composition this, one almost expects to "duck" as the rope heads towards us. Such striking clarity, colours and detailing. A real quality image and outstanding presentation.
Have a good day - reagrds Brian.

Hello Steve,
Not only is the boat very red, two of the men on the starboard side are...well, very GREEN. The sky is also very blue etc. A very catchy picture, and you were lucky not to get caught by the rope.
Best regards,
Gert
