[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This shot was taken before sunset at one of the famous beach resort of Hua Hin. The Thai word written on the fishing vessel means "Good Luck or Good Fortune". A fisherman's wish.

Good Luck to all of you.

Miguel

Hi Miguel,
Excellent point of view, DOF and colors are great also!
Well done :)

Fabulous colours Miguel, so rich and perfectly saturated. I like the deep shadow created by the boat too. The inclusion of what could be another photographer on the beach is a nice touch.

Excellent job, Roberto

Hi Miguel,
I love the composition here. The POV is excellent. I've always found that things have a singular attractiveness when seen from the ground. Lovely place and tones. Maybe the too much of yellow or magenta though. A PP could help to get some more white into the comp' but maybe that's due to the coming sunset light.
Cheers,
Pris.

Hi Miguel,

Golden colored sands and your low POV perfectly merged with visitors. Splendid contrasts between blues and sand. Excellent clarity in natural colors and sharpness, congratulations.

Best Regards,

Hi Miguel,
I like the beautiful colors of this photo and especially that deep blue sky.
Good depth of field and nice angle.
Good job!

Best wishes,
Eino

Hello Miguel,

Seeing the title 'Fisherman's wish', I thought it would be a photograph of an enormous fish :-)). But the wish is surely good as well. But do the fishermen have th choose? It's either 'good luck' ór 'good fortune'? They can't have both? A good catch, ánd survive on open sea? ;-)

Greetings!
Dennis

Hey Miguel,
A lovely composed shot that puts me in the mood for a vacation. The POV is well chosen. Excellent vivid colors, perfect sharpness, good light management. Congratulations!!!

Hi Miguel!

My favorite subject once again (i hope that you wouldn't mind if I include in my "Boats and ships" theme). Great low POV, excellent composition, great depth of field and beautiful warm tones! Congratulations!

Hercules

Hello Miguel, I like this shot it has lovely warm colours, clarity & several points of interest, not only the boat but also the photographer & model.
Good Luck
Thanks
Santo

Miguel,
a fishing boat is something that everyone needs to have at least once in his/ her gallery. This one fits the cup very well and your composition with the boat all the way to the right and the couple in the background makes a nice photograph. The low POV works very well and gives a interesting angle to the boat with focus on the writing and its meaning that you gave us in your note.
Interesting to notice that you have a considerable tilt to the left, but that is something that I almsot didn't notice at all and despite I have a great sensibility for such. The tilt doesn't hurt the impression at all.
Peter

Hi Miguel

wonderful composition and the low POV works very well, beautiful warm saturated colours are nice too.
