Photographer’s Note
Hello again,
today's shot is a colourful and sunny shot from Thailand. I decided to show this one today because we had no sunshine and cold weather the whole weekend here in Germany and I'm longing for sunny and warm days.
Here you can see a wonderful place - the Khao Takiab Chinese Temple, located on a little mountain, the Khao Tekiab- or Chopstick Mount, 8 km in the South of Hua Hin - directly at the Gulf of Thailand.
When you go to this place you have to walk through hundreds of monkeys begging for food - not easy ;-)
I hope you like the shot and perhaps you also take the chance to visit this beautiful place ...
Thanks for looking and any words ...
Have a good start into the new week everybody.

Hello Wishnu. I have to say that this scene is unlike anything I have seen. Seems like a magical fantasyland. Is this the Thailand version of Disneyland? Very bright and bold colors here...I love it. Thanks for sharing.

Hello Sabine,
Impressive sharpness in all details, and the colours are sparkling!
I like the point of view looking in from the side, the composition is well balanced...
So many interesting details to explore, in this typical Thai setting!
Greetings,

It's great to see you back again, Sabine, I miss your pictures. The sun gives you wonderful, singing colours here, so vivid and bright. And it is such a sweet and perfectly typical Chinese Mahayana Buddhist temple. All the elements are nicely framed around the statue of the Chinese Bodhisattva; Guan Yin, that is, the Bodhisattva of compassion, so loved by Chinese Buddhists. Even the devotee, to the right, is caught in a nice spontaneous action and brings the composition together so well. Regards Kevin
