Bangkok Skytrain or Mass Transit System is the elevated metro system. It has 23 stations along 2 lines, opened on 1999. The lines interchange at Siam station. This picture I made on Sukhumwit Road.
There's no question that the Skytrain is fastest alternative of driving through Bangkok, mainly at rush hours. Bangkok's streets are total chaotic mess! Sometimes it takes hour just to travel a few blocks. The Skytrain provides a quick and cheap alternative to the street traffic below. The trains travel along elevated tracks, bypassing all street traffic and offering interesting view to the streets and skyscrapers. Trains are air conditioned, but frequently crowded. Traveling on the Skytrain is satisfying when seeing all the cars below, waiting in endless queues. The Skytrain also goes to the several department stores like the Siam Paragon, flea market and the express boat piers. |

That's a very good PoV and light for this scene, though were you in too much of a hurry to wait for a train, would have added a lot of interest I think.
