Chatuchak Weekend Market is the largest market in Bangkok. It covers an area of 70 rai (35 acres), contains more than 15 000 shops and stalls, has over 200,000 visitors each day, and they spend an estimated total of 30 million baht (approx US$750 000).

The range of products on sale is extensive, and includes household accessories, handicrafts, religious artifacts, art, antiques, live animals (which unfortunately are frequently caged in cruel conditions), books, music, clothes, food, plants and flowers etc...

From this picture, you can tell how fresh the flower selling there is.

Macro mode is used here. It's just nice for the flower, to shot the detail of bees, it is impossible for my lens.

I'm not much of a macro/close up person but I could be inspired. This is inspiring Jiekuan. Color is good and the exposure is narrative. The petal is still fresh but velvety. Good photo is like a cuisine or a good wine. You don't treat it like a food but you enjoy it. Slowly. But like any good food or cuisine, preparation and presentation is very important Jiekuan. You are an assistant chef here.
