Bangkok is the capital city of and largest urban area in Thailand.
The city offers a multitude of mixing both modern & ancient Thai architecture.

On the picture you can see a part of the State Tower, a skyscraper located on Silom Road, Bang Rak business district.

Conceived by Thai architect Professor Rangsan Torsuwan in the early 1990s and designed by Rangsan Architecture, the massive building is characterised by its thirty-meter tall golden rooftop dome and neo-classical balconies. It was originally named "Silom Precious Tower", later "Royal Charoen Krung Tower" (RCK Tower) and then "State Tower".

Looks totally surreal! The crop works well & so is the tilt!
As I was mentioning to Laurent, my family & I would be in BKK during 24-29 March, after spending 7 days in Chiang Mai. If you are thee in BKK during that time, would be great to catch up!

immagine davvero bella, la cui inclinazione sulla destra ne ha enfatizzato l'effetto grafico.
Nella miniatura mi sembravano tegole e non balconi.
Deve essere impressionante affacciarsi dall'ultimo piano.

La photo est tout-à-fait insolite. La photo est inclinée, mais j'imagine quand même des piles de sortes de récipients. Le cadrage est créatif. J'aime aussi le ws, très spectaculaire. Une bonne idée de présentation, et une excellente réalisation. Bravo.

Things are not always what they seem. At first looking at the thumbnail I wrongly thought these were roof tiles. Upon opening it became apparent this is in fact a high rise building. Well seen & the tilt adds dynamism & allowed you to fill the whole screen. Tfs!

An excellent decision to post in a workshop image for us to clearly see how this interesting architecture looks like from a far! Excellent posting! The close up image is really nice, a superb graphism it is, love the shapes, lines the colors and that red thing almost at the middle of the image! Well compoed image! Very creative! TFS

Faut pas se laisser leurrer par leur similitude car chacun cache une histoire différente des autres à degré variable; que ce soit dramatique ou heurerux!

An excellent graphic capture. Filling the frame entirely with a selection of the balconies is very effective. The tilt produces strong diagonals that make for an interesting pov. very creative.
