An old picture from my first trip to Bangkok. We got a bus to go for a day trip to Ayutthaya, a 2 hours drive. The city was the country's ancient khmer capital which was sacked by the burmese in 1767. Ruins of the oalace and temples can be seems around the city. it is a worth trip from Bangkok.
I used picasa software to do a partial saturation and softing the focus on the edges. Picture was taken with a Minolta film camera and scanned.

This is a nicely composed and framed shot and a result of a very good observation. The old and partly blackened Buddha is like a picture hanging from a very rough wall. This is also a very good scan with superb sharpness. I could not tell it apart from a digital photo.
