Hello, Ema, welcome to TE!
I must admit this photo first caught my eye because it's from Tajikistan, a country where almost no one goes - and where my wife and I just came back from! We saw lots of bread, but always after it had been baked, never beforehand as you have it here.
You have a nice minimalist composition here, with a few strong elements well organized. But one thing I would like to know is why the woman is dipping her fingers in the water. Is that part of the baking process?
Regards,
Dan

Hello Ema
This shows me how is Tajikistan. I like very much the photo, the bread, the woman´s arm, the composition, and soft light.
Dan, I think (but I´m not sure) she dips her fingers in oil, to smear the bread before baking it (sorry, my english is bad)
Regards
Álvaro
