Hi Erwin,

I've never seen this building before. The building is beautiful but not very efficient. Wasted space in the middle. They could have put the top section in the empty space and would have the same office space. Everybody likes high buildings I guess. Is there a way to go up? Panorama deck? Thanks for this, Gilbert

From this point, and this angle, sky is the limit indeed. Unusual and odd architecture and I am sure that not a similar building could be found around the world.

It is really special building, one of a kind and strictly connected to the city of Kaohsiung, becasue of its shape.

Why is that? Because it suppose to remind the Chinese character "高" [Kao], which means "high" and is a part of the word "Kaohsiung".
