Hi THY,
I have not done this but I imagine you could accomplish this by simply placing the young fruit within a cubed enclosure allowing the stem to remain in place. As the fruit grows it begins to flatten against the sides. This is something akin to how some native Americans would alter the shapes of the head of their children by binding flat boards against them while in the growing stage.
All supposition on my part though.
