Photographer’s Note

Have you ever seen this type of white bitter melon?
Taiwanese put it into juice squeezer for making very nice juice. The appearance of this type of melon is special. Our Chinese usually has the green one for food in dinner. I have never tried white.

I always like to try new food, especially fruit and vegetables! I like the appearance of this white melon; it makes my mouth water! And what are the fruit on top of the picture and on the left?

Did you eat them?? How is the taste???

I've have a bitter melon (green type) before and it was terrible....
I think these white melons are not so bitter but sweet like white chocolate.
