Hi, Tom, welcome to TE - and happy new year!
It's an interesting photo of daily life, though a note explaining what's going on (why "prayer?") would be very helpful; one of the main functions of TE is to teach and learn about life in other parts of the world.
You've managed the complex light situation pretty well. But I think your photo is off-balance; people fill all the space except the bench on the left, which stands out in comparison and creates an empty space that I don't think you wanted. Think about cropping it out, or about reframing the image next time you shoot it. Maybe vertical instead of landscape; that often creates a more interesting photo.
And keep posting! Here's points for the good lighting of the overall scene.
Regards,
Dan

Hi Tom ,
As we are both new to TE but not new to photography, I would like to compliment you on a great capture .You have fulfilled the rule of 3'rds and that makes for an interesting capture .
The composition of the photo leads your eye on a journey starting at the bench and then to the people and then to what they are looking at .The smoke and the rays of light only add to make this a winner .
Very well done and you deserve the points .
