Comparing to the famous Mount Everest and etc, this mini summit of only 360m can be considered trivial, however this summit has its fair shares of folklore though.
There was a father and son team who used to hunt for a living. One day, the father was on his way to visit a friend. But halfway around this area, he was attacked by lurking tiger and as result eaten alive. His son was getting very worry that dad was home for few days. Hence he set up to find out whether dad had reached friend's house. Sadly, he found a pile of human bone scattered around this summit. After confirming with the villages, he was sure that his dad was eaten by a tiger. He was furious and bent on taking revenge. The next day before dawn, he went up hill in search of the tiger, only to find out that there were two tigers. He managed to shot down the first tiger that pound on him, but his arm was bitten by the second tiger. In the final tussle with this tiger, he took up a small dagger with his left hand and stabbed fiercely at the tiger's mouth and head, the tiger carried on to injured him with claws before finally withdrawing. And by noon, when the passed by villages found them, the two tigers and the filial son had already bled to death. And because of this act to revenge for father and it happen very near to this summit, the villagers called this summit - Filial Son Summit.
Physically, this small protruding peak was a result of plate tectonic movement.
This summit was done in 15mins with nimble movement.
The left is the start of the thrill, while the middle is the steepest part and the right most is just a few climbs away from enjoying the aerial view from the summit. As the sheer steepness was very unforgiving, taiwan government has stainless steel drilled deep into the rock at about 0.5m apart and strung together with ropes to assist hikers in case they are about to become imbalance.
Some people tend to name and liken it the "Small Yellow Mountain" (小黃山) compare to the actual Yellow Mountain (黃山) in China.

Thank you once again for your excellent notes, you always weave a fascinating story with your image, and that adds to them immensely!
The shots themselves are really cool, you got a wonderful sense of height (I don't like heights very much, so would be a little wary here) and the curves in the steelwork is brilliant. Excellent idea to put the three shots together like this, as it gives an excellent sense of the various elements of this climb.
