[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is a photo I took of my girlfriend this weekend. I know that the composition isn't exactly breathtaking or anything, but I liked the light. Believe it or not, the only editing I've done to this picture was resampling it for posting. The beautiful colors come from the room we were sitting in.

There was an art show this weekend and one exhibit was featuring a bunch of modern furniture. The artist had set up this room filled with strange shapes and everything was padded so you could try to lay down anywhere. Everything was covered with red, purple, and blue fabric so the light in the room wasn't exactly white. I tried using a flash to get a more natural-looking picture but they lacked the mood of the natural lighting.

This is an original use of color. Not often see, the way you have composed the shot works

Very intriguing. One thing I might do is crop out the shape to the left, it draws attention away from your girlfriend.
