Hello JS,

What a spectacular scene. I have seen photos on TE of the pole fishers, but to get four of them in silhouette is unique. This is a genuinely beautiful photo, and I am happy I was online when it logged in.

A perfect timing to get the stilt-fishermen of Galle. My only suggestion would be to exclude the fisherman on the far right as he coincides with the rocks.

Hi JS,
One day I would like to see these fishermen, so unique and a very old way of fishing. Lovely silhouettes and colours to immortalise this way of life.

un modo di pescare davvero singolare, la foto è ben composta, le figure sulla destra si stagliano molto bene contro un cielo di bellissimi colori.

A nice silhoutte. Its quite interesting picture as well. Very interesting how they are fishing. I feel its very difficult to sit in that way and fish. I like this.

Oh my! What a different and interesting photograph! It's not only the stilt fishing but also the sunrise (I assume), the colors and the POV. This is one of my favorites. Congrats.
