Shadow on Mist Photo

Photographer’s Note

This shot is related to the previous post of "Waiting Sunrise". When sun comes out from the horizon I could catch this shadow of Samanala Mountain (Known as Sri Paada Kanda in Sinhala or Adam's Peak in English) on the mist in the other side of the mountain. It is very captivating to see the shadow and to see the far reaching landscape through it.

Nice and interesting photo. Looks like you are having two photos overlapping - it makes this photo quite surrealistic.

Very dreamy ambience , love the overlapping mountain ranges with decreasing visibility and increasing dream-like quality, like a water colour painting!

This is a most beatifull shot for the maintained blue coloring that makes it outstanding, what a depht you got over the differant layers of mountains with each their appropiate lightness of coloring and the soft red glow in the sky makes it still differentiated in colors.
Perfect shot, a black border with a white fine line in it could made it even more visible but the photo on itself is near to perfection.
