A tribute to all shutterbugs whose passion for taking pictures can't be put out by any circumstance and least of all by weather. Treading puddles barefoot and with a tripod is no big deal actually...:)

Salutations to one of the most passionate photographers, to whom neither the shoes matter, nor the weather has any impact on the enthusiasm.
Carrying heavy loads and a tripod on a rainy day when the Sun plays hide and seek with bright and low lights, ensures 100% commitment to the passion of photography.
Yes............she/he is the most passionate person I have ever seen.
Come what may, the photographer is bound to succeed............and in the same circumstances was another photographer too.
In terms of cricket(game), it is often said that the bowlers hunt in pairs, and in photography....yes, and given a chance I would love to learn more lessons.

great capture from Sri Lanka!Something different, original and certainly refreshing(also because of the rain:)
Indeed, some photographers make sacrifices for a good photo-we should appreciate them:)
I like your idea of the shot. You turned the rainy weather here to your biggest ally and the photographer trying to take a picture is a great and also quite funny:) addition to your shot.
Wish You a nice sunday

This shot should inspire all those wannabe photographers, who do not want to brave the rains to shoot special moments.Sharpness and colors are fantastic. Very well done. TFS.

Good to see the photographer's dedication even in wet weather, and your dedication plus interesting composition also.
Obviously the rock walled lily pond is the star, but I am intrigued by the background rock structure.

An avid photographer caught in his natural habitat braving all the elements!
You are spot on target and precisely triggered! It's a nicely composed & exposed to fill the frame and i love the fact that he seems oblivious of the world around him. This shot pleases and livens of course a joy to view and bare footed. Very well done, TFS

Hard is the life of a photographer !
Interesting capture. Never had photographer barfeet but he must have some reasons for it.
By the way, allthough I'm photographying since late fifties, I never used a tripod ! If absolutely necessary than I still use a very simple system which I learned from my father WHO was a professor of physics and a perfect photograoher : I allways have in my pocket a piece of rope (about 1.5-1 m long). If I need a tripod, than I wind syhis rope around the camera and let the other end to the floor and pres on it with my foot. Than I stretch the rope and capture !
The best and cheapest tripod !!
TFS and best regards

Very nice and interesting "making of" picture! The idea of showing the photographer doing his job in very bad weather conditions is great, and you've just proved that even with these conditions it's possible to get a very nice picture! Excellent job!
