See the yellow quality to the light? That's what happens with a lot of night shots that are exposed for a long period of time. For that reason instead of exposing for 30 seconds a shorter exposure and a shallower f stop would have kept the light a more 'realistic' tone.
The photo is technically okay, but lacks a real place for the eye to rest. Visually it's a bit too cluttered, a bit too much going on, with the light areas a bit too light, and the dark areas lacking all detail. This compostion would have worked better in the daytime, or with some fill flash on the beams at the top of the composition to bring on the colorful danjung painting.

I like it. Just two things: could be a bit darker and you need to get rid of the light flare on the left side of the image. I like when there are many things to look at and the bell along with the lanterns makes for an interesting composition. Well done!

I like the warm colors although they might not be completly realistic, and the contrast between the light and dark parts.
Also like the perspective and the point of view chosen (from an upper vierw).
I do think you should get rid off the glare on the right.
