Photographer’s Note
This is a follow up to a previous shot of mine, 'Leaving the Old'. There, I had people leaving an old part of town going towards the newer part. With this one, I have an old resident heading home into her old building. The two biuldings are whats left of an old neighboord that was recently demolished to make way for the new appartments in the background.
The sky was dull (taken shortly after sunset and the colour was dull so I decided for a high contrast black and white shot to show the many details of the old and new buildings.
