A terrific one Rafal, really great, as i had a big rush today at work, a little break and i saw this one, i was speachless, this one could shut up the mouth of the most irritated man by its simplicity, its purity, its calm and peacefullness.
Masterwork on this shadow, i like the attitude and position of this young girl, exactly at right place, almost inanimated, like a doll

And what a superb B&W for a much waited come back it is. That shadow, three times longer than the girl’s height is fantastic. Like a ghost following her. The water, girl and empty space in the front, fit perfectly the good composition. Well done.

Hi Rafal, nice to see you back on TE. Great shot, I like this tall shadow casted by the small girl... she stands precisely where it is neccessary im terms of light and compsition... also all the verticals here work nicely together: many of the fountain and one - of the girl and her shadow.

Although I see yuor work on flickr, its always good to see you back posting on TE.

Quite a sophisticated image I feel, not as in your face as my work, but a more subtle story which requires a bit more attention than normal.

The timing here is quite good Rafal. This sunray and the girl in the precise position. Very well done, just it makes me feel a bit sad to see her so alone, but this is just that your photo cause emotion on me. Take care and glad you are back in TE.

Hello Rafal,
You and this fountain!!... What a love relationship! This is really a give and take relationshhip. You show it worldwide and she gives you endless photo oportunities like this one. Tbe little girl's quiet attitude adds a great impact to the photo as she seems so immerse on her thoughts (something strange coming from a child of her age), but also her shadow is great and adds a lot to your composition. It seems like on one those lego's toys reflections lloking to its shapes.
It's good to see you back and by this one and the other of today I see you have been enjoying yourself and will be striking on your back. From my side, I hope you do 'cause it's always inspiring to see your work here.

Hi Rafal,

you really made the most out of this wonderful setting.

This one is very strong, it's a rich photo with many elements yet it has an absolute focus on that young girl. Or rather, I would say, on her attitude, on her head looking down.

The light is also amazing and we all know that when we can say that about a photo, we go a long way towards saying it's a great photo all-round.

I would say this fountain series is the best series I've seen on TE, unless my memory is betraying me, and I think you'll be happy to read that because I gather you're working your photography through series now.

Hi,
Fountains and the girl make a good match, not so difficult espacially for you to find in that area you know so well. But the winner here is the shadow of the girl, placed in the perfect place. I also find the light beams starting from the top right and rushing through the sprouting water very eye catching. A delicate one, but not a great story that makes us wait for you for ages...

I finished looking at the flickr show. Really impressive. Very poetic, very intelligent at the same time. The way you dealt with strong light and flare really touched me. You have here quality work indeed. This one summarizes the series. There is the light and the shadow, but above all the humanity. It's really good.
