This is a picture of an ajumma selling dried squid and fish in a carpark in the small harbor city of Sokcho on the north-eastern coast of South Korea.
The fish have been gutted, dried and tied on string ready to be sold to people to eat.
I feel this is a good picture for TrekEarth because it shows the daily life of this person and her work.

A great daily life scene from south Korea. Well composed with the bright umbrellas contrasting with the piles of fish. Much activity going on in the background and one eager shopkeeper in the foreground. 523 views and no smiley faces does surprise me. TFS, Marlene
