Photographer’s Note
I really did a poor job in capturing the picture I wanted of this woman. She was one of the more colorful and interesting characters that roamed the old Uijongbu market pedaling her seaweed. She was also quite amazing with her ability to vanish in an instant upon sighting a camera.
It was very difficult to get a picture of her, much less a good one. This is one I’m glad I didn’t miss.
Ken, great job you did with your workshop! Thanks for taking the time, it made my old memories a little clearer.

What a delightful story! This is one of those pictures that you are not given second chances so you just have to do what you have to do. This one didn't turn out bad because there is some activity going on and the background is blurry to give focus to the main subject. As like many old pictures, there are some degradation and fading but this can be salvaged in post processing. I think my workshop allowance is gone for the day but I'll post one tomorrow if you activate the WS.
