Photographer's Note
A view of the extremely busy Busan Shipping Port at Shinseondae, from a hill near DongMyeongBulWonSa, in Nam Gu. Not the best weather, but an interesting daily life scene. I've never seen so many shipping containers in one place before. Or loading cranes, looming through the haze. From wikipedia:
"Busan is renowned as one of the world's largest ports and can handle up to 13.2 million TEU shipping containers per year."

That's from that port that I embarked for Japan ! But I had not the occasion to see that part of the port and as on so many other photos, you had the courage to climb to the best vantage point : very interesting photo, the fog or haze add an interesting atmosphere,
Best regards,
Cath.

Hi Chris,
what a colourful container port, the green forest and the background mist let this field of colours attract the eye as something really unexpected. The street around it supports the view.

Hello Chris,
A good capture of this very busy port. Detail is good despite the misty atmosphere. I like the framing from the snaking roadway.

Hello Chris,
I think Rod McCuen wrote a song about Busan Harbour?
What I do know for sure is a friend of mine was working there for a couple of years and got married to a Korean cutie!
Excellent point of view and the winding highway adds dynamics...
Greetings,

It would be very interesting to see a shot of this place some 25 years ago... The containers are forming a colourful mozaique and the road in front gives "movement" to the shot.
