Photographer’s Note
No, its not Superman, its a kid on a bungee contraption. 2 men look up while this kid is either enjoying this ride or, well, not. Unfortunately he was so high up that I couldnt capture his face.
This is a continuation of some photos from the Jinju lantern festival. This bungee thing was right outside the circus I photographed yesterday.

and i like the direction you are heading, rafal;
more and more you become a part of the "games" you photograph, and less and less you stay aside as a neutral observer;
and fully professionally you do not interfere with your "objects" even if you get really close, you are one of them but you still manage to keep the distance which allowes you to observe the scene "objectively";
little quizz: how many triangles you see on this image?

Hi Rafal,
I like the composition in triangle you chose (and very close to the two men). Our regard is attracted by the boy as a result.
Well done,
Christophe

nice graphic compo rafal, minimal with the empty space but everything is nice and geometric..

It is indeed a fine combination of triangles. Did you have a go on it? When is the photo festival again? Is it the last weekend of the month?

Hi Rafal,
good triangulation with the 3 people, they're well positioned.
The POV is excellent.
The sky is empty... It's a chance for the contrast.
Good b/w, well done

I like the way that the people in the photo are all spread out, just by looking at this photo I feel I have to move my head back to look up at the kid in the sky.
Would have liked to seen some space above the kid in the air, was this a deliberate crop?

Wonderful compo Rafal. The converging lines take us to the kid. MAy be this is the good pov rather than trying to capture the face of the kid!
Best regards,
Sayan

It's a bloody great compo, is what it is ;o) You're really stretching the canvas so toseak here, someone in the left bottom corner pocker, another in the right and that kid up above. Phenomenal satial tension here - a very dynamic picture, rafal. Unqualified success.
From here on, any talk about how SLOW things are on Trekearth should cease - fine stuff being uploaded left right and center, and we keep going, don't we, and we do our best. Period.
Cheers,
Francis

Witaj Rafale,
The good scene, full of the dramaturgy. Heads of observers directed upward of substretcher the level of this dramaturgy. Well that the photo performed in the technique B&W In because exactly leads our eyesight to the be-all and end-all in the picture, to the person pendant on the elastic tench. The similar scene I photographed in Darlowko. fine, it pleases!
Best regards from Poznan in truthfully autumnal colours and to the sun,

Hi Rafal,
What a compo!
Excellent POV and very graphic with an empty sky. A combination of B/W triangles.
Cheers from Hong Kong.

Excellent control on disposition of subjects around the rectangular frame. Triangle abound. Attention is quickly ushered to the main subject. Excellent contrast against a stark sky.

Great use of the triangle concept in this one, Rafal - not only the presence of the three people but also more than one way in which the circus elements contribute triangular shapes to the total. The framing is frighteningly precise with the heads of the specators ideally placed in the lower section, casting their glances towards the bungee kid hovering in mid-air. Looks good in the contrasty b&w.

Very clever shot Rafal! Three dots forming a triangle in each extreme of the frame. At the first sight, the graphical mood really shines thought the scene. You really can't escape it, it's in your blood! :) And for the better! Love every bit of emptiness here. All this space is crucial for the balance of the photo. Really good one.

Good way to deliver the height and dynamic action at the scene, Rafal!
B&W is used here wisely, enhancing and isolating the graphic elements, illustrating the geometric formations and cables needed to fasten and secure the jump, but also, eye catchers that bring us to the figure, the jumping kid. The low and proximity to the looking men guide the eye again toward the flying kid, all mixed very well in an extraordinary composition.
Well done!

THis is indeed a Jinju festival, all the way! Fantastic pov, Rafal, the bw and graininess giving it a timeless feel. There is joy in the AIR and such a design that again it leaves me quite breathless. Love the inclusion of the Korean sign on the right.
Take care,
sasa

Greetings Rafal.
I really like the perspective. The young man seems more suspended than falling. The spread of the cables on the left creates nice geometry to stepp ones eyes up through the shot. Also there is a nice balance between the three human elements...maybe I should recount my answer to BW's question...
Very well seen.
Chris.

Hi Rafal,
I certainly won't ever blame you for posting color shots, but this one is from a compo and realisation point of view way better than your last two to me, I like here the dynamic convergence of lines and looks and the association with the risky factor added by the action taking place.
Have a nice day,
Jean-Yves

Hi Rafal,
nice catch on this one. I don't think the kid's face is so important. The scene is quite understandable, and the perspective you ued, your point of view is really well chosen. Did you use a wide angle lens for this one ?

Hello Rafal
Very interesting angle here. I like the way the humans here form a geometrical shape,
very well done

Rafal..
Nice way to create geomatric angles with the charcters..
very successful shot & impressive work indeed.
Though face is not visiable here. I feel again & again to see this Photo.
Very much balance work & as mentioned by norbret, good use of trangles.
Take care..
