Photographer’s Note

The attractive stony cove below the lighthouse, near Yonggipo Port, where the boats arrive & depart. I even managed to get sunburnt today. Swimming would have been great here, except for the sharp oyster shells, & lack of sand. Polarized.

Looks a very nice place to spend an afternoon. I like the cool blue tones of sea and sky and the contrast with the warmer tones of the rocks. Very good sharpness.

Hi Chris,

The transparency of the water is an asset to the composition. The point of view is allowing us to see the details and colors of the cliff. The intensity of the light is giving a good contrast to the colors. Have a nice day.

The deep emerald green is indeed inviting, and like a hot French baguette, it is fresh out of your camera. The oblique angles of the strata reveal so many eons of prehistoric rock formation, and the up-surging due to plate tectonics.

Hello Chris,

A fine capture of the rocky shore, where the vegetation seems to have grabbed a firm hold!
Fine light renders rich colours, and the greenish water contrasts well with the rocks...
